Cancellation Policy
Arriving 10 minutes late, your shampoo service will be forfeited.
If you arrive 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and 50% of the scheduled service fee will need to be paid before rebooking.
No-call/no-show- Full payment for the service is required before scheduling your next appointment.
Feeling unwell or sick , we kindly ask to reschedule your appointment.
