Cancellation Policy:

• If you arrive 10 minutes late you forfeit your shampoo service.
  If you arrive 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and 50% of the scheduled service must be paid before rebooking.
  No call/ No shows are required to pay for service in full before booking your next appointment.

• If you are sick please reschedule your appointment.
